My subscription isn't activating after purchase.

Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions on iOS to confirm Apple processed the purchase. Then in Pitwall, open the paywall and tap 'Restore purchases'. Still stuck? Send us your purchase confirmation email and we'll fix it on the backend.

The race-day push didn't arrive.

Pushes only fire 1 hour before lights out (and again on race-day morning) for races you have not muted. Check Settings → Notifications inside Pitwall and System Settings → Notifications → Pitwall on iOS.

The widget shows the wrong race.

Widgets update from the app data each time you open Pitwall. Cold-launch the app once and the next refresh (within 15 min) should land on the right race.

How do I cancel Pro?

iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pitwall Pro → Cancel. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

The replay didn't load.

Replays are precomputed within 2–3 hours of the chequered flag. If a race finished today and you don't see a replay yet, try again later in the evening. For older races, contact us and we'll backfill manually.

Delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. Apple App Store guidelines require this in-app path, so it's the canonical way. If you've lost access (account locked out, can't sign in), email hello@girsoft.com from the address on file and we'll process the deletion manually within 7 days.

Deletion is a soft delete with a 30-day grace period. After 30 days, your row + all posts/replies/follows are hard-deleted; we cannot undo this past that window.

Send a screenshot or screen recording + the iOS version + the Pitwall build number (shown at the bottom of Settings). The more we can see, the faster we can fix it.
